Clear rules for how we work together. Read these terms carefully before using our platform.

Important Notice

By accessing or using Industrial-Leads, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Service Overview

Industrial-Leads operates a B2B lead generation platform connecting industrial buyers with qualified prospects in manufacturing, robotics, packaging, freight, and related verticals.

Our Services Include:

  • Lead capture and verification from owned and operated media properties
  • Lead matching based on buyer-defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Dashboard access for lead management and tracking
  • Performance analytics and reporting
  • Strategic consulting services (optional, by separate agreement)

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

Lead Pricing: Leads are sold on a per-lead basis or through subscription programs. Pricing varies by vertical, exclusivity, and volume.

Success Fees: For certain programs, we charge a success fee (typically 5-15%) on closed deals. This is agreed upon in writing before lead delivery begins.

Payment: All payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for:

  • Per-lead fees upon lead delivery
  • Monthly subscription fees (if applicable)
  • Success fees on closed-won deals (if applicable)
  • Any other agreed-upon charges

Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 30 days will incur a 1.5% monthly late fee. We reserve the right to suspend service for accounts more than 60 days past due.

3. Lead Quality & Disputes

Quality Standards: We vet all leads for basic quality criteria (valid email, phone, legitimate company). However, we cannot guarantee that every lead will convert into a sale.

Dispute Process: If you believe a lead does not meet our quality standards, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Disputes submitted after 7 days will not be honored.

Valid reasons for dispute include:

  • Invalid or disconnected contact information
  • Lead does not match your defined ICP (if you have an exclusive program)
  • Duplicate lead delivered within the same program

Not Valid for Disputes: "Lead was not interested" or "Lead did not respond" are not valid dispute reasons. B2B sales require multiple touchpoints, and we expect buyers to follow proper sales processes.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds: We offer refunds or lead credits for leads that fail our quality standards (as determined by our review process). We do not offer refunds for leads that simply did not convert. All sales are final unless a valid dispute is approved.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your payment information is current
  • Complying with all applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA, etc.)
  • Using leads only for legitimate business purposes

6. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute leads to third parties
  • Use leads for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Scrape or reverse-engineer our platform
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Abuse or harass our support team

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

7. Data Ownership & Usage

Your Data: You retain ownership of data you provide to us (company info, ICP criteria, etc.).

Lead Data: Once you purchase a lead, you have a license to use that lead data for your sales efforts. However, you do not own the underlying lead data and may not resell it.

Platform Data: We retain ownership of all platform features, algorithms, and aggregate analytics.

8. Termination

By You: You may cancel your account at any time. Subscription fees are non-refundable, but you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay invoices.

9. Limitation of Liability

Industrial-Leads is not responsible for lost profits, lost revenue, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Industrial-Leads from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.

Exception: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
